Leicht mattes Gelb, mittlere Intensität. Floral und fruchtig zugleich mit deutlicher, leicht leimiger Botytis, Kamille, Butterblumen, Aprikosen, viel Süsse zeigend. Im Gaumen reicht, fast etwas schwer, dann doch noch mit stützender Säure sich über dem Extrakt auffangend, feine Bitterkeit in der Adstringenz, riesiges Potential demonstrierend. Sicherlich ein ganz grosser Sauternes - aber er war sehr schwierig zu degustieren und somit auch nicht einfach um richtig einzuschätzen. warten (2015 - 2050)
