Situated above the Gironde estuary in the Saint-Estèphe appellation, Château Meyney neighbors the famed Château Montrose. The estate is home to 51 hectares of vineyards planted on clay-gravel soils. The single-vineyard block cultivates 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot. This Cru Bourgeois classified estate is now owned by a subsidiary of the Groupe Crédit Agricole – CA Grands Crus. Hubert de Bouärd acts as consulting winemaker, while Anne Le Naour plays the role of technical director.
