Foradori
Foradori is one of Italy’s leading estates, even if it comes from an area that is little-known outside the nation’s walls. Situated at the base of the Dolomite Mountains in Trentino, the Foradori vineyards extend over 28 hectares and are planted to a majority of Teroldego, with smaller amounts of Manzoni Bianco, Nosiola and Pinot Grigio. Established in the early 1900s, the estate has since been passed down from generation to generation. In 1984, Elisabetta Foradori took the helm when she was just 20-years-old. Today, Elisabetta is widely celebrated for her contributions in the revival of native Trentino grape varieties, most importantly, Teroldego. Her renditions of Teroldego are absolutely stunning, Granato stands out for its dark intensity and authentic expression of the territory.
