Feudi del Pisciotto
Just a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea, the youthful 33-hectare Feudi del Pisciotto estate sits on the striking Italian island of Sicily. Over the past few years, Sicily has flourished, garnering an inspiring reputation as a land of great wines. Memorable for its natural beauty, the winery lies on the Pisciotto reserve, known for its large cork-oak forest and 18th century Palmento. This island terroir, in fact, was commonly known as Enotria in the past, due to its widespread vine cultivation. Today, Feudi del Pisciotto prospers under the ownership Paolo Panerai. The wines are a perfect blend of modern styles shaped by ancient practices. Combining the fashion and vinous worlds, Panerai invited the greatest Italian designers to dress his cutting-edge Sicilian labels. His Valentino Merlot, Versace Nero d’Avola and Missoni Cabernet are as strikingly beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.
