Château Peyrabon
With a history that dates back to the mid-1700s, Château Peyrabon was purchased by Patrick Bernard, owner and founder of Bordeaux’s large négociant group – Millésima, in 1998. Under his leadership, the estate saw a great deal of improvement in terms of the vineyard size and overall production quality. Today, this estate is home to 57 hectares of Cru Bourgeois classified vineyards, 50 of which lie in the Haut-Médoc and the remaining 7 in Pauillac. Known for their excellent-value wines, the estate produces three wines: Château Peyrabon, which is a classified AOC Haut-Médoc Cru Bourgeois; a second wine, Château Pierbone AOC Haut-Médoc; and from Pauillac, Château La Fleur Peyrabon AOC.
