Plenty of delicious fruit in this wine with strawberry and raspberry. Full body, with creamy tannins and a fresh and clean finish. Gorgeous. Fine. 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, and 4% Cabernet Franc.

Château Giscours
As one of the largest Margaux properties, Château Giscours represents one of the eleven 3ème Grand Cru Classés in the region. Located in the communes of Larbarde and Arsac, the château lies in the Margaux appellation. With a long and detailed history that can be traced back to the fourteenth century, Château Giscours is currently owned by Dutch businessman, Eric Albada Jedgersma since 1995. Managed by the dynamic Alexander van Beek, the property owns 95-hectares of vineyards planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and a bit of Petit Verdot. The Grand Vin, Giscours, is a rich, textured and perfectly aromatic wine, consistently one of Margaux’s best. In a similar spirit of quality, the estate produces two powerful secondary wines, La Sirene de Giscours, and Le Rose de Giscours.
