With a long history of over 250 years, the House of Hine has been producing exquisite cognacs for six generations. Today, Bernard Hine is at helm and he continues to preserve and modernize the spirit of this remarkable estate. Based in the Grande Champagne zone, the greatest wine growing area in the Cognac region, Thomas Hine & Co. own 70 hectares of vineyards planted to Ugni Blanc (Trebbiano). Specialized in crafting limited productions of very high-quality cognacs, the House continues to believe in their founding principle, “that a great cognac is above all a great white wine”. Among their collection of first-class cognacs, their trademark creations are stored in vintage casks in Bristol, England, which add a certain seaside-humidity aspect to the ageing process, these are called Hind Early-Landed Vintage Cognacs.
