Pierre Gimonnet & Fils

Well before 1750 the Gimonnet family had established their presence in the Cuis village as vine growers, supplying grapes to the great Champagne houses. By the 1930’s, the Gimonnet family decided to try their hand in vinifying their own harvest. Today, Pierre Gimonnet et Fils Champagne is one of the most widely respected estates in the region. Building a reputation for their strict uncompromising standards year after year, the house still limits production in the vineyards in pursuit of excellence and above all, quality. This Champagne house is known for their outstanding 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs Champagnes, which are vibrant, full of rich fruit, yet creamy on the palate – they are ideal for aperitifs.
