ARVI will soon celebrate a significant milestone: twenty years. Twenty years of history, outstanding wines, commitment, passion, and accolades.
Founded in 2004 by Paolo Cattaneo, the company has evolved over the years into a globally active enterprise: 'Since its foundation, ARVI has always had strong values: innovation, passion, trust, and, today more than ever, sustainability. After 20 years since its founding, we can only be proud of what we have built. Such an anniversary deserves to be celebrated appropriately.'
For this reason, ARVI has decided to return to the connection between art and wine, which is the origin of its name, involving the renowned artist Andrea Ravo Mattoni. He was commissioned to create an imposing work of over twelve by four meters, assembled from the lids of no less than 300 wine crates. The motif painted by Ravo using the spray can technique was created with the help of new generative technologies of artificial intelligence, starting from a series of proposed keywords from the six prestigious Châteaux in Bordeaux and inspired by the values and guiding principles of each producer.
Château Ducru-Beaucaillou, Château Lafite Rothschild, Château La Mission Haut-Brion, Château Léoville Las Cases, Château Palmer, and Château Troplong Mondot are the producers participating in this project, each providing 300 bottles directly from the reserves of their cellars (Ex-Château) with the vintage 2004, the founding year of ARVI. The six bottles form a special wine crate, whose lid was used for Ravo's work. Interested customers can purchase this unique and numbered crate to be part of this grand project.
The purchase of one of the 300 crates also enables participation in the exclusive celebration for the 20th anniversary on March 23, 2024, at the Kunsthaus Museum in Zurich, where the finished work will be unveiled for the first and only time in its entirety.
During the festivities, there will be an opportunity to taste various wines from the six Châteaux in the presence of the artist and producers and receive a print of the complete work signed by the artist.
