A smoky, fresh rosé, lightly chalky in texture, showing delicate flavors of crème de cassis, gumdrop, grilled plum and ground spice. Minerally finish. Drink now through 2018. –AN

Dressed in a pink salmon color, the non-vintaged Rosé Impérial Brut opens with a clear and fresh, delicately intense and slightly floral bouquet of small red berries, cherries and rose petals. Full-bodied, round, intense and fresh on the palate, this is a lovely aromatic and expressive Pinot Noir/Meunier blend with a kiss of elegant Chardonnay. In total, 20% of red Pinot wines give not just color, but also structure. This is very good and stimulating Rosé.<br/>
Producer
Moët & Chandon
In many ways the name, Moët Et Chandon is synonymous with Champagne. One of the largest, and not to mention, the most popular of Champagne houses, Moët Et Chandon has now become a household name. The house was founded by Claude Moët in 1743, and today, the winery continues to pride themselves on the success and glamour that their wines add to each and every celebration. The house produces multiple Champagnes including Brut Impérial and Brut Impérial Rosé, as well as a Brut Grand Vintage and Brut Grand Vintage Rosé, not to mention the newer Ice Impérial. While the Brut Impérial Champagne represents their iconic style and is produced from more than 100 different wines, Ice Impérial is a Moët Champagne that is designed to maintain its quality when poured over ice. This historic house is currently owned by the luxury goods company, LVMH, Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton S.A.
