A firm, focused version, this is driven by smoke-tinged minerality and racy acidity, while flavors of strawberry pâte de fruit, candied orange zest, apricot tart and ground ginger and clove mesh with the sleek structure. Drink now through 2026. –AN

Moët & Chandon
In many ways the name, Moët Et Chandon is synonymous with Champagne. One of the largest, and not to mention, the most popular of Champagne houses, Moët Et Chandon has now become a household name. The house was founded by Claude Moët in 1743, and today, the winery continues to pride themselves on the success and glamour that their wines add to each and every celebration. The house produces multiple Champagnes including Brut Impérial and Brut Impérial Rosé, as well as a Brut Grand Vintage and Brut Grand Vintage Rosé, not to mention the newer Ice Impérial. While the Brut Impérial Champagne represents their iconic style and is produced from more than 100 different wines, Ice Impérial is a Moët Champagne that is designed to maintain its quality when poured over ice. This historic house is currently owned by the luxury goods company, LVMH, Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton S.A.
