Producing wines for over a century, the Giuseppe Mascarello e Figlio estate has been passed down from generation to generation. Today, Mauro Mascarello, his wife, Maria Teresa and his son, Giuseppe run the family-winery. Founded in 1881, this historical property owns 15 hectares of vineyards, all located within the Barolo region – including the famed single vineyard – Monprivato. Offering a wonderful array of reds, each wine is traditionally made to capture the vineyard’s unique territorial and historical characteristics. Every wine is produced from one of the native Piedmont grape varieties, namely Nebbiolo, Barbera, Freisa and Dolcetto. Giuseppe Mascarello e Figlio productions are some of the most elegant and refined examples of the region.
