Franck Pascal

Organic, bio-dynamic and bio-energetic the Franck Pascal Champagne House is unique to say the least. This innovative, environmentally-driven grower-producer got its start in the wine world in 1994 when Franck Pascal decided to give up his career as a chemical engineer to continue work on his family vineyards. This small estate, made up of only 3.5 hectares of vineyards is settled along the north bank of the Marne River Valley in the village of Basilieux-sur-Châtillon. By 1998, after years of studying viticulture and viniculture, Franck Pascal committed to the use of organic viticulture and from 2001, the use of indigenous yeasts. He took his vineyards to the next level the following year by experimenting with biodynamic faming, then finally in 2006 he completely converted to bio-energy. Bio-energy is all around us, it guides our natural way of living, everything including the vines have their own bio-energetic fields of atoms in motion. This natural technique of bio-energetic allows Franck Pascal Champagnes to show their true character directly from the terroir. Each bottle is a wholesome, inimitable and vibrating Champagne.
