Vigneti Massa is located in Monleale, in the heart of the Colli Tortonesi. Founded by Walter Massa, the estate is celebrated for its dedication to reviving and preserving the ancient Timorasso grape variety. The vineyards of Vigneti Massa are situated on the gentle slopes of the Tortona hills. The estate's vineyards are meticulously tended using sustainable farming practices, with a focus on organic and biodynamic principles. The flagship grape variety of Vigneti Massa is Timorasso, a rare indigenous grape that nearly disappeared from the region before Walter Massa began championing its revival in the 1980s. Today, Vigneti Massa is recognized as one of the leading producers of Timorasso wines, known for their complexity, elegance, and ability to age gracefully.

Vigneti Massa also cultivates other traditional grape varieties such as Barbera, Croatina, and Nebbiolo, which are used to produce a range of red and rosé wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Colli Tortonesi.
