A lesser known Pomerol, Enclos Haut-Mazeyres is located right outside of Libourne. It was established in 1831 and has been owned by the same family for almost 200 years. Its vineyard is comprised of 9 hectares of vines - all in one block - and is composed of gravel, clay and iron oxide. Their vines are approximately 30-40 years old and are made up of 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec.
