Col Solare Winery

The Col Solare Winery was born out of a partnership between two renowned producers - the Marchese Piero Antinori family of Tuscany and Chateau Ste. Michelle from Washington State. With the goal to create a first-class Cabernet Sauvignon-based red, uniting two unique viticultural and winemaking styles, the first vintage produced was a 1995. Thanks to the help of Darel Allwine, winemaker at Col Solare, the estate has been able to focus their production on top Cabernet Sauvignon wines in Columbia Valley’s most esteemed sub-appellations. The resulting wine is full-bodied, bold and succulent.
