Château Fonchereau

Situated 15 kilometers east of Bordeaux, Château Fonchereau lies in the village of Montussan within the Bordeaux AOC. For a property of modest repute by today's standards, it has been owned by multiple aristocratic families over the years. In 2006, it was purchased by a group of Latin American investors who have passionately developed the property and the quality of its wines. It currently has 28 hectares under vine for its red wines (60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc) and 2 hectares for white (Sémillon).
