Château Trianon
Sold out
Château Trianon has a rather long and prestigious history, dating all the way back to the 17th century, when one of King Louis XIV’s intendants selected this plot to grow his vines. This great honor extends to the estate’s name, which was actually named after the Le Grand Trianon building, that can be found within the grounds of Versailles. The modern era of Château Trianon however, began in the 2000s, when Dominique Hébrard acquired the estate from the Lecointre family. It was after Hébrard’s family sold Château Cheval Blanc in 1999, that Dominique was in search of a new property in Saint-Émilion. While the estate was in poor conditions at the time of purchase, the potential of Trianon was key to Hébrard. Since 2017, they have heavily invested in the modernization of the property, in both the 10 hectares of vineyards and the cellar.
