Château Haut-Milon

Château Haut-Milon is a lesser known Pauillac estate, located close to Lafite and Mouton Rothschild. It has been owned by the Breuil family since 1933. They use traditional wine growing techniques and a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The wine is vinified and has a long maceration of 2-3 weeks before being fined, filtered, blended and aged.
