86 Robert Parker
Deep ruby/purple with firm tannins and a nice meaty, spiciness, this wine shows slight narrowness and astringency, but it is well-made and certainly above-average. Drink it over the next decade

Château de Camensac

Situated in the Haut-Médoc appellation of Bordeaux, Château de Camensac is one of the eighteen Fifth Growths found here. Coving over 75 hectares of vineyards, the vines have an average age of 35-years-old and are planted to 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. The estate produces two quality wines which are picked and sorted by hand. The Grand Vin, which is also called Château de Camensac and a second wine named La Closerie de Camensac. Today, Eric Boissenot acts as wine consultant.
