The history of Ca' del Vispo started in 1983, when the Daldin family sold their vineyards in Trentino and bought a small estate in San Gimignano. In 1997, they started to commercialize Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti Colli Senesi and Cruter. Today they produce 80,000 bottles a year.
