Bruno Paillard, with his undeniable pioneering spirit, is one of the most successful modern Champagne producers in the region. Bruno was born into a family of Champagne brokers and growers in Reims of 1953. Following in his family’s footsteps, he worked as a broker for 6 years during the 1970s, before deciding to create a whole new Champagne: one that would go beyond what existed in terms of purity and elegance. At the age of 27, Bruno rented a cellar and worked for three years, carefully selecting grapes from independent growers, experimenting with his “house” style, until he finally hits the target. And in an incredibly short amount of time, he drew worldwide attention for his incredible quality. Today, he produces approximately 500,000 bottles that are dispersed across a range of styles, from multi-vintage wines to vintage Champagne and Blanc de Blancs. Paillard also offers an old disgorgement collection – which consists of multiple bottles of the same champagne disgorged at different times, enabling collectors and drinkers to experience a specific wine at the various stages of its development.
