Based in Aÿ, Champagne Ayala lies right at the heart of the miraculous Champagne vineyards. Founded over 150 years ago by Edmond D’Ayala. Today, the Ayala House remains independent and family-owned, producing top quality wines which are celebrated around the world for their signature freshness and elegance. Pioneers of the drier style of wine during the second half of the 19th century, Ayala distinguishes themselves from their older sister Bollinger, through their focus on freshness and purity, with a low dosage, sometimes even zero dosage (Brut Nature). Today, the house style is quality- and precision-driven ensuring delicacy and exquisite wines year after year. In 2005, the estate was acquired by the Bollinger family and by 2014 the House after a series of investments and improvements was re-opened tailored to their Art Deco style.
