Aromas and flavors of dried grapefruit and pear with some stone and apple. It’s full-bodied and layered with pretty fruit and a salty and apple aftertaste. A little oily. Just a hint of nut makes it very interesting as it grows on the finish. Sort of Rhone-like. Drink or hold.
