Dear Wine Lover,
Once only known by connoisseurs Billecart Salmon is today one of the most recognized brands thanks to the tremendous quality of their wines. This is one of the few remaining family estates in Champagne which was created in 1818 following the union of Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, and today Champagne Billecart Salmon is considered as one of the most prestigious producers of this region.
Our focus today goes on a wine in particular, their fantastic Champagne Brut Rosè which in our personal opinion is the best non-vintage Rose on the market and incredibly well priced for the quality it delivers. It is the highest scored Non Vintage Rose Champagne by Robert Parkers Wine Advocate which we have in our assortment, same rating as Big names such as Dom Perignon Rose 2003 (sold at CHF 285.00 + Vat), Cristal Rose 2004 (sold at CHF 385.00 + Vat) or Laurent Perriers Top Cuvee Alexandra Rose 2004 (sold at CHF 265.00 + Vat). This shows what tremendous value this Champagne delivers. To make you understand better some comments of our wine critics. It seems it is the favorite Rose Champagne of everybody

Davide Vaccarini 18.5 Points: My favorite non-vintage rosé Champagne on the market, slightly pink color and very elegant with fine perlage. Lovely fresh red fruits flavor such as strawberry and raspberry. Delicate with a remarkable finesse thanks to a good acidity makes it delightful to drink as an aperitif but also fun to drink with food
James Suckling 95 Points: This is clearly one of my favorite rosé Champagnes out there. I love the freshness and clarity in the wine, from its light pink color to crisp acidity and minerally, chalky character on the finish. It's full-bodied and dense yet agile with amazing length and beauty. Refreshing and vibrant. As it warms, it gives you delicate pinot noir character like Aloxe-Corton or another excellent appellation. Drink now.
Robert Parker 94 Points: Billecart-Salmon is one of my favorite Champagne houses, and their non-vintage Rose is a consistent winner. A delicate pink color is accompanied by gorgeous sweet cherry, strawberry, and mineral-like scents, assertive medium-bodied flavors, a delicate, crisp personality, and surprising depth as well as persistence. A beautiful berry character in the finish adds to this impeccable roses captivating style.
